If you are interested in murder investigations, then these two authors will certainly satisfy some of your appetite.

Niamh O'Connor (Sunday World Crime reporter) has written a book, Blood Ties, giving the inside story on the Joe O'Reilly case (riveting detail unseen in the press), Lying Eyes case and the Scissors Sisters case. These make excellent reading as well as giving great tips for solving cases in our own writing.

I've also reviewed Sandra Mara's non-fiction books, No Job For a Woman and Dead Men Talk...more gruesome murder tales with a detailed explanation on how forensics work. How handwriting analysts and DNA specialists are crucial to solving cases and Sandra's own summary of some of the leading Investigation cases she covered in her 25 years as a Private Investigator.

Great reference books!
