Hello from Kate, Angela and Lizzie

We're sitting in the Hayes Conference Centre feeling really inspired by all we've heard, said and done during Swanwick 2008.

It was great to meet other members of the club this week and we look forward to meeting old friends and new in 2009. Very Happy

Hi Kate et al,

Hope you're all busily writing/getting ideas for the future. I've been thinking of you all there and wishing I could be, too. Enjoy the rest of the week and good luck with the writing.

All the best,

Hi Carol

Now I really understand what is meant by the magic of Swanwick - the ability to turn a Type A lark, used to working from 5am and in bed before 10pm, into an owl who stays up until after midnight dancing every night -and then sleeps in late over the weekend to recover!

It was a great week - not least the fact that I met lots of people from 2006 when we were both there and also put faces to the names of some of the Writing Club memebrs - but also for the courses and workshops. Our own Brendan has helped me develop my writing career plan - so I'm now off to get writing.

Talk soon, Kate

That's great, Kate; well done! Enjoy a well-earned rest after all that.

All the best,
